Whistleblowing channel
Tekniseri Group is committed to acting responsibly and lawfully. Through the whistleblowing channel you can confidentially report suspected misconduct or actions that conflict with our code of conduct.
Who can report?
The channel is intended for our employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Reports can also be made anonymously.
What can be reported?
Suspected breaches of legislation or of our code of conduct — for example relating to finance, the environment, occupational safety or ethical principles. The channel is not intended for customer feedback or complaints.
How are reports handled?
Reports are handled confidentially in accordance with the EU Whistleblowing Directive and the Finnish Whistleblower Protection Act. The reporter receives an acknowledgement within 7 days and feedback within 3 months. No retaliation is taken against the reporter.
Reports are made in a secure external service. The service is open around the clock.
